Special
Events
The
new season starts in September and all are welcome. We have
a beginner class open to all who are interested.
Bring
a friend or neighbour and come out for a season of fun and
exercise - without having to purchase special equipment such
as treadmills, exercise bikes, etc. (they just collect dust!).
